Maha Mrityunjaya or Triyambakam Mantra is often described as the most powerful Moksha Mantra in Hinduism. It should be chanted 108 times for Lord Shiva, the God of Destruction and destroyer of evil. Whilst there are many ways to worship Lord Shiva, chanting this mantra is said to be the most powerful. The invocation of Shiva's energy is thought to bestow the chanter with good health, wealth and inner peace.
